The clubs Sunday social ride, which is normally longer than the Saturday ride, normally having two to three groups of cyclists. Group A is the fast cyclists, normally cycling at +18mph average. Group C is a slower paced group and normally rides around at 15mph. If enough cyclists turn up, there is a middle Group B, which targets an average speed of 16mph to 18mph.

All groups cycle the same route which allows anyone having an off day to drop down to a following group. Although the group tries its best to keep everyone finishing in the same group they start with. A coffee stop mid ride is also considered and targeted, but not mandatory. Although most cyclists also tend to meet up back at the cafe in Leisure Lakes at the end.
