Ride leaves Leisure Lakes Bikes at 6.00pm.
Plan to ride one or two loops around Grandborough before returning to LL. Speed – aiming for 15.5-16.8 mph (25-27 kph).

Working together in a Double Pace Line, Up-Line riding “through and off” smoothly, control of surging, taking rest on Down-Line with good communication up and down the pace line, Encouragement to ‘hold a wheel’ and minimise gapping between the two lines with safe positioning on road.
